This service assists clients who need to have documents authenticated for international use through the apostille process. Better Life Notary Services facilitates the preparation, notarization (if required), and submission of documents to the appropriate state or federal agency for authentication.

 This appointment covers the notarization of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Clients must ensure all documents are complete and ready for notarization before the appointment.
All signers must provide valid, government-issued photo identification. Please note: I do not offer legal advice or prepare legal documents. 

 This service is for employers or individuals who need Section 2 of the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Form completed. As an authorized representative, I verify identity and employment authorization documents and complete Section 2 on behalf of the employer.
Please bring the original identification and employment authorization documents as listed on the official I-9 form. Photocopies or expired documents cannot be accepted. 

 This virtual appointment allows clients to have documents notarized online through a secure, state-approved audio-video platform. The signer’s identity is verified electronically, and the notarization is completed entirely online.
Signers must be located within the United States and have a valid government-issued ID. A stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone are required. 

* Estate Planning and I-9 Employment Verification are NOT permitted through RON. 

 This appointment covers the notarization of general documents such as affidavits, acknowledgments, oaths, jurats, and other commonly notarized forms.
